Well I got my bull bar in today and had a ton of trouble installing it. Here is what I wrote to the company and the pictures are below!!! I really like the durability of it, holds me if I stand on it (I'm 235 pounds and almost 6'4") and I like the design. I would buy another product from them, but there might be extra work involved!!!

I'm not going to say it's a crappy product from Hunter, they just need to be more precise.

The bull bar came today and I installed it. BUT it took over 2 hours to installFirst off, I went to put the hardware inside the frame to mount the brackets. This side went in smoothly. Then I went to install the passenger side, got the hardware inside the frame and then the bolts didn't line up with the holes on the frame. So I took this side out and undid driver side and tried to swap them. Same thing, the hardware didn't fit into the driver side either. So I had to go get a 7/16" circular file and file the hole bigger. After filing for a good 20 minutes trying to get the frame hole bigger I finally got the hardware to fit. (by the way, the hardware bolt frame, the rectangular piece that goes inside the frame, was too wide by about 1/16" to 3/16").
The auction said nothing about having to modify the plastic skirting under the bumper to get the bull bar braces to fit on. I had to cut 1" (could have been narrower but I did 1") wide slots for the braces to fit under the bumper.

Now that it is all done, I like the way it looks and think it would hold up through time. Item parts just were not precisely measured which gave me a huge headache. I got it all on and looks great.

I had to reposition the license plates but there was already removable hardware installed so that was no problem. Also has to removable mounts for fog lights so that will be my next project!

looks good, but it looks like it is slightly off center to the driver's side. if you look at the first pic it looks that way??

Having the same bull bar, this bull bar is adjustable. If its not center all that has to be done is loosening up some bolts and adjust.

I would suggest you get some undercoating and spray the bolts and mounting stuff to prevent a lot of rusting, and prolong the life of the mounting hardware.

Should I just go through with my cans of rustoleum black paint i used on the frame on the sides?

That should work. I just had a few cans of undercoating left so thats why I used that.
