Vibrations.. Has this ever been posted?? :)

On my x I have horrible vibration when I accelerate hard from a stopped position and vibration when cruising around 70. It doesn't vibrate at all when the 4WD is on. my x had that auto 4x4 on it. Anyone have any ideas. It has been doing it for a long time, but has never shown any problems or anything like that. Just thought I would ask.

Hmm I'm fairly sure this has come up before but I can't remember what the result of it all was. Try a search and see what you can find. You may need your GEM reprogrammed. ($$$)

I must have been wording my searches wrong because I found a whole bunch of stuff about it today. I guess I will take it by the ford dealer and ask them what it will cost to reprogram the GEM. ewww
