What could this be

When i was parking turning into the spot or backing out when i turn the wheel the whole front end shutters but when i am driving an i turn at a road i dont get the shutter

Any ideas what this could be ?

Recently serviced with the front wheels off the ground? Very common when the steering wheel is turned with the engine NOT running that air will get into the power steering system and cavitate. Turn lock to lock for no more than a few seconds at a time until the air is purged, and the wheel shutter dissipates. If not, inspect the P/S fluid, belt, and pump. GL
