What happend to door security code!!

I let my buddy borrow my X and somehow he drained the battery. After he got the truck jump started he managed to lock the keys in the truck while it was running. When I got there I figured I could just use my door code to get into the truck but it would not work. Whats going on?

Was you using the factory numbers or your own?

It has probably defaulted back to the factory codes.

Factory!! I know this because ford wanted 50 bucks to plug it into the computer and I got it myself by removing a few passenger side interior panels!

Have you tried taking the battery cable off for a while to see if it will reset?
