wheel vibrations?

I had a set of bridgestone at revo's put on a while back and ive notced a vibrating sound and feel when i start moving or go around turns from a stop. Has anyone else experienced this? Its annoying to me because it feels like i dont have traction but the tires dont seem to have the spinning feeling if that makes sense. ha its kind of like a rrruuuuuhh sound like it binding or something and the car vibrates. Are there any parts i can take a look at to check for damage or is this "normal" for this tire. Major

Try getting them balanced and rotated. Also check to make sure the tires are properly inflated and that the tires aren't cupped.

I dont think they are out of balance because i dont feel it at speed its only when moving from a stop. I may take it up to the shop that put them on and have them ride with me around the block or something. Maybe they will have some ideas too or may know the problem if there is one and its not just the tires.
