Where To Get Limited Wheels??

Where can someone get the new limited wheels for their explorer? Can you only get them at the dealer. Does anyone know how much they might cost? What is the size-15x7? Help me out if someone knows these answers. Thanks.

The new Limited wheels are 16x7. They seem to be pretty popular, a lot of people have asked about them on this site.
