Where to Order Ford Axle Repair Kit

Hey guys, my 2005 has the dreaded rear end whine and I was trying to order the Axle Repair Kit per this .pdf: http://www.fcsdchemicalsandlubricants.com/fad/tsb/05126.pdf

Two questions,

1) I have a V6 XLT 4X4 and I am assuming I have the 3.55 ratio gears, however I need to confirm this and not sure how.

2) Do you know anywhere online I can order the kit. I searched a few places, like the ford website and other parts stores but can't find any service kits like this. I think the kit number is 5L2Z-4209-AA for the 3.55

I appreciate any help you can give me. Trying to stay away from the dealer.

There is a sticker on the drivers door, your axle code will be there

you need to look for Ford 8.8 Rebuild Kits, they should have what you need. These kits have bearings, seals and everything to rebuild it but it doesn't come with Ring&Pinion gears thats extra. There is some debate if the R&P can be reused.
