Winch Stopped working

The caper is about to be solved.
Have you ever use Baking Soda and Vinager? Thiis is a must try for anybody who has never tried it to clean corroded Battey terminals or other electrical corroded parts.
Maybe you can put some Silicone sealer around the part that has no seal.

Never tried the baking soda.... We're going to RTV the whole thing prior to reinstallation.

A little Coke....some additional cleaning and all is good.

Glad all is good, When you skiped the seloniod and wired straight to the motor that was a good indication that all was not well with the motor.

Yeah....those damn brushes were all seized up. All's good now though and there's a bunch of RTV sealing the whole thing up now. Thanks for all the help everyone.
