Wiring harness for radio

Hey guys, I’m trying to wire up my rear speakers to my new radio so I can actually hear from the back. The problem is, every wiring harness is telling me to look for colors that I don’t see anywhere… has anyone had this issue before? If so, how do I find out which wires to connect so I get sound?

Every Ford/Lincoln/Mercury that I have installed an aftermarket radio into has had the same colors, from 1987 Merc Grand Marquis to '01 Mountaineer. Has someone hacked up your wiring?

I guess I wasn’t looking hard enough or using the right key words.. I found it and just got them hooked up.
