Hi everyone,
I have an 05' Sport Trac.
I got a call from my wife today on her way home from work. The RPM's were going up but the car was stuck between 35 and 40. Of course the O/D symbol was flashing. While on the phone, the O/D went off and everything was fine.
Took the car out and other than the odometer fading in and out, no other signs.
Should I just buy a scanner and pull some codes or does anyone have any other ideas for a starting point?
