Radio issue

I can’t seem to turn off the radio in my wife’s 2027 Limited. I press the volume button and it won’t turn off. This has never happened before. Any ideas?

2027 Explorer wow. Ok you fat finger it. I would do a reset on it either though the Setting menu or remove the negative battery cable for 20 minutes.

My wife just went to the store and I asked her to try the radio and she said it works fine. I don’t know what happened but I’ll keep an eye on it. No fat fingers this time
