2002 explore sport trac passenger tail light an blinker not working

Passenger tail light an blinker not working I've checked the bulb tested the harness with a test light all of them have power was wondering if anyone has had the same issue an if u found out what it was

IF you have a tilting column, try cycling it up and down several times leaving it all the way UP. There is a known issue with the multi function switch (MFS) connector being too short causing issues you describe.
