I am looking to put some tow hooks on my 02 Limited. Where is the best place to mount them?

Where the bolt holes are in the frame?
Yeah the bolt holes were the cutouts are in the bumper...
this is the thread your looking for,
don't forget if youre getting them in the junk yard they also came on expeditions as well as a few other models so look around mine came from a expedition that had burned so bad the top half of radiator was melted as well as the fire jumping the firewall..by hooks didn't look charred minus the melted on plastic.
Paid ten bux for both hooks all 4 oe bolts and the back plates.
The back plate IS DEFINITELY WORTH PUTTING IN. Loosen the sub bumper and shimmy them in.. trust me makes tightening them a breeze as well as removal/reinstallation...
And for holding the bolts in place.
Anyone know if a 04 F-150 tow hooks would fit on my 02 Explorer Eddie Bauer? Like to do this to mine also.
F150 tow hooks are the same as the Expedition tow hooks...your all set
Awesome I'm going to buy them. Thanks!
Thanks guys, Just the info needed.
