go to parts store, ask for 92 Explorer fuel pump relay.
Ford charges about $18+ for this, Autozone its $4.
Its just a relay with a special "head" on it so it will plug in.
There are basically two types of automtive relays, 4 prong and 5 prong, thats it.
i guess the autozone gave me the wrong on, cuss i looked behind the fuse box, under the hood, and i un clipped it fron the metal support brace, then pulled out the old reply, and the new one was the wrong size..
napa # AR240
There is a metal bracket between the Fuse block and fender. take a long bladed screwdriver and slightly pry it. The Fuse block is clipped into it. Look at it with a Flashlight you will see how the Fuse block snaps into it. You will have to do some wiggling.

Can you see and understand how that bracket snaps the plastic box on? The first time I took mine off it was tough. I put a few dabs of grease on the Touch points. Hopefully it will be easier in the future.
I don't know what to say. I don't want you breaking anything but it can be stubborn
