I unplugged the aftermarket stereo and the battery still lost power. I have no clue what it could be. Is it my ignition?

Fuel pump? It is common. Otherwise you can pull fuses to find the problem. You will have to search to find your answer.

...As long as you don't also have an aftermarket alarm hooked up or any other add-ons, it is also common for one of the three main relays to be weak or bad that would also draw the battery down that quick...

..Otherwise as already mentioned, pulling fuses and verifying voltage drop (search parasitic drain) would be the best way to chase the problem...

...I would also pull the battery and have it bench checked as it could be the problem to begin with...

disconnect the neg battery cable and hook up a multimeter between the neg post and the cable set it on ampre and notice any difference in the reading as you pull fuses. when you find which one is causing the draw you can narrow it down to whatever components may be in that circuit:D

Ah ok will have to find a battery for my multi meter. Thank-you

Ok that's a good tip as well as I really have limited experience with multimeters

Also, ensure that your battery cells are filled with purified water (if your battery is not 'Maintenance Free'). This has had me pulling my hair out on more than one occasion.
