Looks extremely nice. Glad you went with black. That tint is going to make it look nice as well. Black will make it look darker. Keep it clean.

Thanks!! I took the pictures after I spent the morning applying Meguiars Cleaner and then waxing it with Meguiars Gold Class. The paint is like a mirror now. I can't wait to tint the front windows... it will look sharp!

Do you think it will look silly if I get the splash guards? Ford doesn't seem to sell the matching trim color anymore, now they are just black. Will it look out mismatched? (Grey trim with black guards)

here's a question, in no offense to the owener of this beautiful xplorer, Why is the newer explorers come w/ the plastic trim? Front bumpers, fender flares ect? My 02 sport has them and it just makes it look very cheaply put together, the rest of the explorers are a wonderful design. Will chrome ever come back?

ideas,

what do u think about clear front corners, and a set of euro lights for the rear, and some rims,, not too much money right off the bat ehh!!,

clear corners would really set off and clean up the front end, in my lil opinion!

Hmm... I like the idea of the clear front turn signals, but I don't like the rears. Too ricey for me. I have clear corners up front on my BMW 325i and it looks sharp. Rims I'll leave alone for now... I do want to go up to a slightly more "rugged" look, but still keep it "refined". Wonder if that combination is possible?

maybe if u put on 18's or possibly 20's, you dont wanna get too big and beefy w/ the smoothbody lines, possibly a rear spoiler for the back hatch?, if you know the style i'm talking about, not sure if it's an option on the newer models yet!! brush gaurds dont look as good on newer style trucks because of the body lines dont conform w/ the gaurds themselves, Plus it would be either black , which u dont need anymore of, or chrome, and that would look somewhat outta place on your very sharp truck! Just my opinion on vehicle designs w/ accesories,!
