4r44e External wiring

I have a 1997 Ford Ranger XLT with a 4r44e automatic trans. While looking underneath the truck I noticed one plug that connects to some type of module on the bottom of the transmission that has a wire with exposed copper. I would like to find a replacement but can't find a part number. I'm not sure if it is a complete wiring harness or just a single wire connected at either end. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Welcome to this forum! Are you referring to the bulkhead connector or the range sensor?

I see the VSS (vehicle speed sensor). Contact KBabiak. He's a vendor on this site. I once bought one from him.

This online parts manual has the part numbers that you need: http://www.transtarindustries.com/catDownload.asp?ID=74. The Ford part number for the speed sensor harness is F2PZ-14A464A.
