So I was searching and searching and it semed over the past two months RCD has discontinued the 5" lift for converting your torsion bars to coil overs for the 4x4. I e-mailed them to be sure...
"Hello Eric,
We did offer a 5” suspension system for the 98-02 Ford Ranger 4wd models at one time, but it has unfortunately been discontinued and is no longer available. We will not be developing any new products for these applications, or reproducing any past products in the future. I don’t know of anyone with one of these kits in stock either. If you have any questions or need any further information please feel free to e-mail me back, or you can also give us a call toll free at (866) 469-7257.
Thank you for the inquiry.

It is still possible to get parts for the shock mount etc. because they make a 2wd option and shops currently have it in stock. But, from what it sounds like getting the parts individually from rcd is not the simpleist thing to do. This is Kind of a bummer. But the part numbers are here -> http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=186393
I also read here http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=251891 a guy was planning on making the mounting brackets back in August if you have a super lift and want to ditch the t-bars... I don't know if he still is doing that but I just wanted to share my findings since I was looking into all of this. I am sure someone else is...
