I need help please.
I have replaced clutch fan, water pump, radiator, thermostat, sending units, had it flushed and preasure tested. Mostly runs hot when under a load. especially when air is on. does not run warm when just idling. could it be the cat. converters?

Define hot....200,220? That's hot,if you have a new radiator and fan clutch and the clutch is working make sure the thermostat is working correctly. Also, some of the $4 thermostats are crap.Make sure you have a good one not a cheap one.I don't see where you have replaced the radiator cap, again if you haven't go get a good one.If it doesn't hold pressure the engine coolant will boil at a lower temp.

One thing to do is drive it with a scanner hooked up to see the real temp, not what the gauge says,it may be wrong.Does it overheat and spew coolant or just go up on the gauge?:D
