- 97 explorer eddie bauer
I have a 97 Explorer Eddie Bauer, I put an aftermarket radio in the vehicle and all seemed to work fine. Now my daughter is saying that the interior lights stay on sometimes and the factory alarm goes off. She unlocked it and just started the vehicle and everything went back to normal. Worked ok for awhile. Now the factory alarm went off again and she said she just walked up and hit the window with her hand and the alarm went off?? Could the new radio install and the alarm issue be related ?? I can't for the life of me find the paperwork that came with the wiring harness for the install. Any ideas of where to start ??? The door ajar light is lit up also, even though all doors are shut tight??
