!998 ford ranger Motor swap

Hello My Name is Bob Burrows. I'm from Spotswood NJ.I have a 1998 ford Ranger w/extended cab,2WD,4.0 V-6.I have had the truck since it was new & won't part with it.Recently I found I have a burnt valve.I understand a lot of members on this site know about putting a 1998-2001 Explorer or mountaineer V-8 into my truck.I sure would like to talk to someone of experience before I try this adventure.
