Almost didnt have a B2 anymore

Well today was a close call. I was wheelin around in a muddy field today when my blower moter started squeelin, so i turned it down and it stopped, started climbing a little hill and could smell a weird smell but kinda ignored it at first cause the bronco makes quite a few smells sometimes, then as i started reaching the top there was smoke pouring out of the heater vents and around the glove box, the smell was unbearable. i dont even know what the smell was it was like nothing ive smelt before, i unplugged it and drove home, when i got home i pulled it out and found a pile of ashes and burnt leaves in the melted heater box. not a good time, glad i still have the B2 and let this be a warning to clean your heater boxes out every so often lol. thanks for listening to my experience

glad you and your B are ok! that could've ended poorly to say the least
