Anyone heard of "Royal Blue, TN"?

I found on www.discoweb.org some pics about an area called "Royal Blue". Suposingly it is 30 miles north of Knoxville, TN just off I-75. Anyone ever heard this name before or been there? Looking at the pics, it could be an ideal location for making a VA/WV/NC/SC/TN/KN stocker run.
