Bizarre electrical problem

Well I found a problem that's been plaguing me for over a year my truck surge and hunt while it's warming up, I've done all the useful stuff iac, tps, throttle body vacuum leaks the real cause? The EEC relay no not the relay itself but either the contacts or the wiring have gon bad if I hit the fusebox while it's running it'll surge and hunt and sometimes stall out the problem was found completely on accident as well while I was having the a/C compressor replaced
