brake controler intall question

i have a 1994 xlt with factory tow package.
it has the 7 pin in the back with factory harness. so my question is does a 94 ex have a factory harness under the dash for a brake controler?

A factory tow package didn't exist in 1994, I'm sure a previous owner installed the plug. It'd only be a guess what they did. I know the electric brake wire is supposed to be blue. Good luck!

well im shure they had one min ex has a aux trans cooler and factory 7 way wiring at the rear on the vehicle that you just plug into and hook up your 7 way blade socket.
