Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the EEC-IV section. Check the sticky threads on the top of this section. You could read the codes with a jumper wire or a paper clip jumping the EEC-IV port. This will cause the PCM to go into a diagnostic mode with the check engine light flashing a code.
