Cruise control button on a 1997 Mountaineer fell off.

I have a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer with 275,000 miles. The cruise control button cover cracked and fell off exposing the inside of the button on the steering wheel. Now the cruise control does not work. Is there a fix for this?

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. Replace the switch.
