dash replacement

i have a 1990 ford ranger, i was wondering if anybody has been able to transplant the dash from a 1995-newer ranger into a 1989-1992 ranger....if so....how?

I realize you want the 95 dash which is the next generation, but maybe some of that info will help.

i appreciate the help, i kno how to get my dash out, i have one for it that is perfect and its tan, but i was wantin to kno if they made some conversion brackets to put the newest generation dash in it or some kind of info.....if so, i wanted to put the newest dash in, if not, i can put the one i have in, im fixing up this truck for my senior project next year
