On my 2003 Explorer XLT the power windows stopped working, along with the driver side rear turn signal or brake light not working and the the alarm goes off
randomly. I firgured it might be a short and took the door panel off and checked the wiring, but no luck. I don't think it is just one broken wire, I did find out that when I play with the rubber boot in between the the driver side door and the main body the windows work fine, but the other problems are still the same.

I really would appreciate any suggestions and help

I'm trying to track down an eletrical problem as well. When I press the unlock button like 5-6 times in a row the car starts. I think it has something to do with the people that put the alarm in.
