so i've been looking for a how to walk through on how to install an electric dual speed cooling fan on my explorer and finally found 2 seperate pages that pretty much explain everything so im putting them together. http://www.mysporttrac.com/MySportTrac/projects/EFanInstall.pdf
and i was goin to use this as a wiring diagram http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2513074&postcount=10 but instead of having the high speed controlled by the switch i was going to have the input of relay 2 come from a tstat in my trans cooler that im goin to mount on the hood under a scoop and have another relay that would disconnect relay 1 when relay 2 is engaged. im doing this just incase the trans cooler is being heated up by the engine compartment, or i may just have a tstat for the engine compartment temp.
