Do I understand correctly I need to drill a 1/16.

I haven't installed that kit but that is a "line to lube" modification, so yes, that's where the hole is to be drilled.

If you drill a smaller diameter or larger.
What kind of results we get.

Smaller hole will just give you less lube entering the lube circuit from the line pressure circuit, a larger hole will give you more lube into the lube circuit from the line pressure circuit. I would not go larger because you are using line pressure oil and this might decrease the line pressure and that's not what you want.

This transmission is not known for lube issues, so this modification isn't really all that necessary, but it wont hurt anything.
