How do I change my front drive shaft u joints

Okay guys i am back again, So for you guys have gave me better information than my haynes manual. I have a 1995 Ford Explorer 4x4 xlt. My drive shaft in the front has bad u joints, what i am wondering is how is the best way to get the drive shaft out of there and would you happen to no what tools i will need to do so

a u-joint / ball joint press, 1995 i dont remember the bolt up to the flanges think its 12mm 12 pt socket i can be wrong on this.
