I have intake manifold gaskets failing on a 2003 4.6L V8 with 97K miles. No evidence of a cracked intake manifold, but would you switch it out anyway to avoid another job later? Also, any votes as to the Dorman vs. OEM if replacing the manifold. I plan on doing gaskets and also plugs, belt, and throttle body cleaning while I'm there. Anything else that needs to be done while it's all stripped apart?
thanks!
