Location of Fuel Pressure Regulator 94 Explorer

Can some explain or have a picture of the location of the fuel sensor regulator in a 1994 Explorer? Got 212 miles on a tank of gas and need to replace it and cannot find it.

Here's a pic, the red arrow is pointing to the fuel pressure regulator. Hope this helps.
