The park is called "red cloud off road" it's government property that's open to wheeling on the weekend...$40 over 200 acres of trails

permit ?
been a while since I was up peters mill/tasker's gap way..... I might be game to meet you up there.... I don't know anything about any permits.....what is that about?
as to photos....I probably have a couple but they are still in my cameras along with hundreds of others.... I know i have 4th pictures on there as well. I will get around to it some day... not very good with the download stuff.

there is a fee and you get a pass to put in your windshield...I guess there's a fine if you get caught without one but I didn't see anyone checking. You can get a pass at one of the gas stations in the area (the site has a list). I ordered mine in the mail since the way I drive in I'd have to go out of my way to get the pass and double back...easier just to have it in hand already and drive straight there.
