hi, i joined up when i got my first explorer in 2003 but have since been been thru 4 cars. i recently picked up this 97 sport 4wd and have started doing a few choice modifications. i'm not so much about the lifting and off roading anymore and this is my DD so i am going to focus on mods to increase handling and gas mileage.

my other vehicle which is soon to be a garage ***** is a 94 Acura Integra LS with swapped built ~220whp NA 1.8L.

i have checked it out, i will be doing mods to open up the intake and exhaust and perhaps having a chip burned for gas mileage

anyone know what kinda gains can be expected from the K&N FIPK gen2, pacesetter headers, and flowmaster exhaust with 50 series muffler?

hp or gas mileage wise
