I also wanted to share a great experience that I had today. I just bought my 99 Sport on Friday and noticed that it had Firestone(d) tires on it. To make a long story short, Ford has agreed to replace them even though the recall program ended in March.
I know I should have checked this all out before I bought, but I got a deal I couldn't refuse.
Ford customer service really made my day !
