I am a proud owner of a custom built 1999 ford explorer xlt from a previous proud owner. I have many plans for this truck. I want to make a full on off road off the grid rig. Has many upgrades already. Many more to come

Welcome to the forum. Looks like a nicely capable 2nd gen. I'm not sure where in CA you are located, but we have meets at Truck Haven which is adjacent to Salton City at least a couple times a year. Watch our Offroad Runs Planning forum for future events.
