Hello All,
I may be at the wrong forum. I have a 94 Ranger not an Explorer. It has no brakes. When the engine is off you get a normal feel when pumping the pedal, but turn on the engine and the pedal goes to the floor with no brake action. I have found no leakage at any wheel or the master cylinder. There is no leakage under the truck on the driveway. The fluid goes down a little in the primary side of the bowl and comes back up when pedal is released, this is with the engine off.
