Good afternoon, I've a 2003 Ford Explorer, 4.0, 162,000 miles. I'm hearing a noise at left rear wheel when making a right turn and or turning right while in a curve. Sway bar links on the rear are brand new. All parts are in the rear wheel area are tight. Could this be a bad wheel bearing at left rear? There is no noise at left rear when driving straight down the road. Have any of you had this type issue with your Explorer? If so, how did you fix and or get rid of this noise? Thanks..........have a good weekend

BJs/UCA/LCA good? it could be the bearing, as the load is shifted onto the left side when turnign right

Yes, bad wheel bearing. I found mine the same way you did.

Yes, the ball joint and UCA/LCAs are good. I’ll double check to make sure. I’m thinking it’s the bearing too. Never replaced that one that I recall. Appreciate the feedback
