O2 wire/harness questions

2001 Explorer sport 4x4
I need to figure out where the passenger side upstream 02 sensor wires come from. I understand by looking at them it mixes in to the harness for the transmission, but my question is do the wires go strait to the PCM or are they incorporated into the big bulk head connector on the engine's driver side. The wire colors are orange, blue/orange-stripe, red/white-stripe, and blue/gray stripe. The connector is shot and i don't want to have to pull the transmission to get enough room back there to repair it. I would rather know where they come from and run my own lines. Can anyone help me figure out where they trace to?

I think they go to the big square connector shown on 2nd pic on post #1 in this topic:
(which I assume is what you're referring to by the big bulk head connector)

Sometimes a gremlin can be caused by the smallest thing. There are 2 large wire bundle connectors on the firewall. Both are held tight with a 10mm bolt. Any bad connection in either plug can cause just about any issue. from bad transmission shifting, bad o2 sensor readings, no start, no...
