Pickup a stock fog light relay

Hi, picked up a 95 stock foglight relay from local junk yard to match the stock foglight switch. It's only marked 1,2,3,4,and 5 on the relay. The diagram is all faded on the side. Does anyone knows where these terminals from the relay connects to?
I know only 4 wires blk/yel, tan/org, dk blu/lt grn and lt blu/blk wires went to the relay when I disconnected it from the junkyard. Thanks in advance.

I'd just buy a good aftermarket relay and holder with the wire pigtails and the diagram that comes with it. IDK for sure what the OEM relays pins are.

Thanks Bill, I got it done. What I did was from the power distribution box I traced empty relay slots and followed the diagram in the factory manual and it came out perfect. Only four terminals were used and I've also purchased a mini black ABS box to housed it in under the dash.
