Power steering vibration when turning left

This is something I should probably take care of. When turning the wheel fully to the left, I get a pretty good vibration similar to when you have air in the system. The vibration starts at about 50% turned to the left and lasts for a second or so. No problem turning to the right. Fluid looks good and full.

The left inner tie rod does have some play, but I don't think that would cause it.

Anyone have any idea?

After I got the entire front suspension rebuilt it got maybe slightly better, but still has the problem turning left. Almost feels like there is something loose in the rack.
