Vibration at 65 and clicking when backing up

I have 2 issues on my '04 ex. I can feel low frequency vibration that become really noticeable at 65 and higher. The steering wheel doesn't shake but I can feel the vibration through the steering wheel. Today it was in 4x4 high and when I was backing up and turning I could hear clicking on drivers side front left. Are these 2 problems related or separate. Any ideas as to what could be causing these issues?

are you sure it was the drivers side front left?

Clicking is usually either a rock in the tread or parking brake separation?


as for the vibration, I have the same problem. try a tire balance
