Rear AC blowing HOT air when on AC?

2006 Eddie Bauer V6
I have a 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer V6 with the rear air conditioning and for some reason when i turn on the back it blows hot air, what could be wrong?
 






You may have a freon leak in the rear system. The front and rear are seperate except for the compressor which drives both systems.
