rear quarter panel

hi all new to this so bear with me. My question is do i have to remove the rear window above the rear wheel if i am going to use a saws-all to cut the rear quarter panel off? thanks

It's pretty easy to do, for vibration I'd probably pull it, and if you're welding a new one in, depending on how close you are to the weatherstripping, you may melt or distort it. If it were me, I'd probably pull it just to be safe.
