I have a 2004 Explorer XLT Formerly owned by the Federal Marshalls. They have disabled the remote entry. I have checked to see if there was a wire cut at the control Module but the wires are in tack. Reason I looked for cut wires is because the door locks and windows in the back were disabled via cut wires. (Once you were in their back seat... You weren't getting out! LOL) I am thinking it was disabled via a programming method because the Seat Belt chime is disabled as well but all other chimes work. Anyone have any ideas?
