Mystery 94 Explorer issues continue...




Explorer behavior may.... run fine, have power drops that it usually recovers from, lurches while at red light or drive through due to sudden/random idle increase, occasionally makes ?muffled backfire? sound from ?passenger? side of engine area, may stutter and die at lower RPM. Re-starts immediately 99.9% of the time




Code reader (INNOVA 3145 Ford Digital OBD1 Code Reader) says 241, 332, 327.




This year Explorer has had the following parts replaced...


TPS, EGR, Cold start valve, DPFE sensor, ERG control switch solenoid…




02 sensors on order (they are the original)




Any ideas, ALL???

There is NO code 241.
All of your data is flawed.

Reset and test again. Reset = disconnect both battery cables for 10 minutes.

UPDATE: Double cleaning of MAF sensor seems to have "fixed" the jumping and lurching behavior.
