Screamin’ Deamon Coil Pack Installation

Hey All,

Just installed the SD coil, new wires, and new plugs gapped at .065 and wow what a difference. Immediate improvement in the idle, and unless its all in my head, improved throttle response as well. This is also with a tune up approx. 35k ago so the old plugs were all pretty close to spec. Will have to wait to see if there are any mpg improvements but I will post any numbers as I get them. This mod is definitely worth the $$.

What plugs did you use? Been thinking of getting the SD Coil Packs as I used to have them in my old 98 GT with the Live Wires as well.

did you move to a 130 watt alternator ? or ? anyone take these apart and use nichrome wire or silver oxide ?


if dealing with ohms test will this show a split in the coil because a speaker will work until it gets to hot or expands too much
