Everyone has been doing these show off your 2nd gen or 3rd gen exploder or lower or lifted truck. I'm a mounty owner and i wanna show them some love. it not to often that you see threads about mountys. So come on guys lets see them. lifted, lowered, stock, new, old...

Mountaineer power!

1998 Merc, 1999 rebuild and dressed 5.0, flowmaster 40 2 in 2 out dual exhaust, TT, AAL, Shacks, 15inch 10.5 rims, 31's.... all kinds of little mods here and there...

There is no reason to set them apart. The Xplorer and Mountaineer are the same and treated the same on this forum. We have pics threads just for this. That is why no reponses.

they are different to some degree maybe not a whole lot but either way you still dont see members posting pics of mountaineers in the other show your truck posts. this tread was simply started to draw out the mountaineer owners and have them show off what they got.

Here's my wife's '97 Mounty V8 AWD, 105k miles, full power, leather. It's the cleanest one around Pittsburgh. It was garage kept year round at home and work from previous owner.

Just picked up a 98 X V8 emerald frost for my son. Found the wife a 98 Mounty V8 Toreador Red last month. And Im driving a 98 Mounty V8 Oxford white that weve had for 6 years. My son rolled his 97 V8 mounty that I had fixed up for him and we had a 97 X V8 EB Black a few years back. So yeah we like these things. Cant figure out how to post pics. I still have to take pics of the latest one anyways.
